Job Summary
Operate machines, maintain, and monitor set-ups, that cut, slit, and/or laminate material.
Read documentation to determine specifications, materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, tolerances and dimensions. Install and align dies or other fixtures using gauges, shims, and hand tools. Test and adjust machine speeds and actions, according to product specifications. Measure and record completed work to verify conformance to specifications, using calipers, templates, or rulers. Examine completed work for defects or flaws. Clean and lubricate machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up equipment/machinery and install equipment or attachments on machinery or related structures.
- Read and understand job traveler instructions, technical drawings, and set-up diagrams.
- Measure and record products or materials to control quality.
- Monitor machinery/equipment operation to detect problems.
- Use hand tools; Adjust production equipment/machinery setup.
- Load or unload material onto machinery.
- Clean equipment or machinery.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year Rotary Press operator experience.
Education Requirements
High School diploma, GED or five (5) years work experience.

- Requires lifting or moving up to 25 lbs.
