Job Summary

Call up 3-axis CNC programs and set-up machine and produce parts. The CNC Operator I, 3 Axis will participate in 5S and Lean /CI.

Key Responsibilities

Set up equipment/machinery and install equipment or attachments on machinery or related structures.
Read and understand job traveler instructions, technical drawings, and set-up diagrams.
Measure and record products or materials to control quality.

Job Summary

The Composite Technician will performs composite layup and layup techniques for bonding, trimming, curing and inspecting composite materials in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality. You will be trained to use an Autoclave machine which is critical to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Interprets work instructions and drawings to determine materials, tools and processes to use for each product, as directed.
Maintains cleanliness of area by following all requirements, appropriate dress and regular housekeeping.
Inspects all materials for both quality and accuracy to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Ensures all assemblies are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and nonconformance issues by following cleanroom requirements.
Handle polyimides, sealants, fiberglass, metals, and other composite materials.
Inspects own work for compliance to instructions and quality of work, along with the use of microscopes and measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
Safety procedures strictly adhered to within the Lamination department during movement of product, performance of basic integrity checks and sensor preparations.
Set-up and monitoring Lamination cycles are performed, with a focus on potential mechanical errors.
Inspects processed materials for any contamination and/or non-conformances.
Prepares rejection tags, documents findings, and reports all non-conformances to Production Supervisor.
Packages and labels all acceptable finished products.
Both individually and within a team setting, participates in continuous improvement (CI) efforts for efficiency, quality, and safety, to include offering suggestions, ideas, and support wherever possible
Works both independently and in teams for cross-training and project purposes.

Job Summary

The responsibility of the Hazardous Waste Tech I shall be to perform the production activities of the Waste Treatment department to achieve Lenthor Engineering's, a Fralock company, customer quality and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Follow detailed training plan as specified in Results Producing Management (RPM) schedule.

Maintain chemical supplies and ensure that all chemicals are in the right location.
Coordinate with Plating departments when process baths shall be dumped.
Ensure that all spent chemical drums are properly marked, dated, and labeled.
Prepare manifests to transport waste.
Maintain the recovery and wastewater treatment systems.
Monitor and record the chemical analysis of the wastewater coming into and leaving the wastewater treatment and recovery systems.
Check water systems for leaks and perform on-site inspections.
Maintain all equipment in good working order.
Report all spills and problems to Environmental Manager.
Follow all company and departmental processes and procedures.
Monitor quality of work and compliance with process and product specification.
Communicate to the department supervisor any changes in production status.

Job Summary
