Job Summary

Basic packaging techniques (bundling, wrapping, heat-sealing, counting, inspecting, assembly, cleaning, etc.). Understanding of all shop floor-related and Packaging terms and phrases. Performs assembly work of a highly repetitive nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
• Rotate through multiple workstations on a shift to ensure maximum productivity.
• Read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment.
• Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
• Tend or operate machine that packages product.
• Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, gluing, stapling, heat sealing or vacuum sealing.
• Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
• Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
• Stock and sort products for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
• Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing.

Job Summary

To effectively support Fralock's overall business operation through the continual upkeep, maintenance, effective operation and improvement of the facilities and manufacturing equipment in a safe and cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility at a fully operational level. This includes but is not limited to the HVAC, physical structure, plumbing, grounds, alarms, fire sprinklers, structures, forklifts, vehicles, and equipment moves.
• Maintain a schedule of planned activities to ensure on time delivery of these actions.
• Assist Maintenance department with; Repair, install, adjust, or maintain complex industrial production equipment and machinery including performing complex preventive maintenance on mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
• Manage environmental program including but not limited to, Hazardous material inventory & storage, recycling program & E-waste reporting diversion numbers to EHS manager.
• Troubleshoots and repairs a variety of equipment and facilities systems.

Job Summary

• Read, and understand the customer schematic diagrams, blueprints, and instructions.
• Set up, arrange, and operate equipment, fixtures, and other tools to ensure that parts meet provided customer specifications.
• Assemble parts or components which may go into other assemblies to build a new part.
• Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is within customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform FA inspection using BOM, assembly drawings, and/or work instructions.
• Inspect printed circuit board assemblies per IPC-610 standards.
• Record daily inspection defects and quality issues.
• Identify electronic components by part number, values, etc.
• Perform feeder setup inspections using setup sheets and material audit lists.
• Use inspection tools (multimeter, caliper, microscope) to verify components.
• Willingness to be trained on other job functions, such as epoxy/adhesive application.
• Communicate production status changes to the department supervisor.
• Follow company policies, departmental processes, and procedures.
• Adhere to all ESD requirements.
• Assemble parts according to customer/engineering drawings.

Experience Requirements

Minimum two (2) years assembly production. environment overall, which includes one year of Clean Room environment Assembly/Packing.

Education Requirements

High School diploma, GED or five (5) years' work experience.
