Job Summary
This role is crucial in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
Maintain and update accounting records and files. Active preparation of month end accruals, Journal Entries, corrective postings in ERP system. Reconciliation of Balane sheet accounts, especially Prepaid Account, Accrued expenses, Liability accounts and ROU.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable accounts.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Bank Reconciliations:
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Reconcile inventory accounts and perform periodic physical inventory checks with respective departments.
Payroll and Bonus Entries:
Preparation of Journal Entries based on ADP reports. Calculation of accruals related to payroll and wages, such as 401k, PTO accrual, bonus accruals, sick day accruals, etc.
General Ledger and Journal Entries:
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Compliance and Auditing:
Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support to Division Controller:
Provide administrative support to Division Controller as needed.
Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Support to other Finance team members AR and AP specialists.

Key Responsibilities
