Job Summary

  • Read, and understand the customer schematic diagrams, blueprints, and instructions.
  • Set up, arrange, and operate equipment, fixtures, and other tools to ensure that parts meet provided customer specifications.
  • Assemble parts or components which may go into other assemblies to build a new part.
  • Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is within customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists Engineering. Provides criteria for material rejection during the process.
  • Verifies proper equipment selection.
  • Assemble parts according to customer/engineering drawings.
  • Clean and wash parts in a manner to ensure that parts are cleaned per the established cleaning procedure.
  • Perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacing, or adjusting products as required.
  • Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.
  • Train Assembly Packers to produce parts of high-quality parts for direct sale or as subcomponents of other assemblies.
  • Develop assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products.
  • Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems to the supervisor/lead.

Job Summary

The responsibility of the Plating Operator shall be to perform all aspects of utilization of the following PCB Plating equipment and processes:

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

Respond to customer request in a timely manner. Review, negotiate terms and condition of contracts. Effectively manage customers and projects while collaborating with various teams to ensure the highest level of service is given to the customer. The correct execution of quoting, order entry, and all related duties to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Manage customer information in CRM database
  • Manage assigned accounts and/or projects

  • Learn the processes involved in the manufacturing of the product line

    • Contract review of basic po's (New & Existing)
    • Order entry, expedite request management
    • Report Customer OTD, Scorecard and portals as required
    • Review & communicate requirements, terms, and risks
    • Review new contracts to quote to validate quote and PO are in alignment
  • Assist SO coordination across company functions as necessary for effective contract execution
  • Assist in customer meetings including preparing and delivering product deliverable schedules, recovery dates, and changes
  • Communicate to all appropriate departments of any change in customer satisfaction (positive or negative) as information is made available to the CSR
  • Tracking, management, and reporting of on-time delivery and quoting metric
  • Customer Service which includes the following:
    • Listen and respond effectively to customer questions,
    • Resolve customer problems to the customer's satisfaction,
    • Respect all internal and external customers,
    • Use a team approach when dealing with customers,
    • Follow up to evaluate customer satisfaction,

Job Summary

To effectively support Fralock's overall business operation through the continual upkeep, maintenance, effective operation and improvement of the facilities and manufacturing equipment in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the facility at a fully operational level. This includes but is not limited to the HVAC, physical structure, plumbing, grounds, alarms, fire sprinklers, structures, forklifts, vehicles, and equipment moves.
