Main Functions

Supports Shift Supervisors in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, follows and promotes policies and procedures, assists with employee training and recommends and implements improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Typical Duties

• Works hand in hand with the department supervisor to plan and coordinate resource needs, as well as project completion timelines. Supervising production employees, as needed.
• May be required to train others as directed by the Supervisor.
• Identifies, measures, and documents goals, objectives and plans to realize opportunities and achieve cost reduction targets through management of performance metrics and dashboards.
• In support of Production Supervisor, ensures deliveries are scheduled to be on time to the original promise date through utilization of the available resources with limited overtime, agreed upon standards and at the planned cost.
• In support of Production Supervisor, completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Job Summary

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services essential to the organization's operations. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility at a fully operational level. This includes but is not limited to the HVAC, physical structure, plumbing, grounds, alarms, fire sprinklers, structures, forklifts, vehicles, and equipment moves.
• Maintain a schedule of planned activities to ensure on time delivery of these actions.

Job Summary

The Shipping Associate I is responsible for processing and preparing products for shipments to customers and suppliers, including the selection of appropriate packaging materials based on customer shipping requirements and methodology.

Reviewing Fralock job travelers, material certs and shipping documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance of all requirements. Advise 2^nd shift supervisors of any expected pending carrier pickups. Notify immediate supervisor of any at-risk orders.

• Review of orders prior to shipping for any special instructions related to labeling of

product, certificates of conformance or special packaging requirements.

• Prepare products for shipment, including but not limited to, selection of containers,

labels and boxes to ensure all items are packaged to prevent any damage in transit.

• Review the daily shipping queue regularly throughout the day to ensure on time processing of all customer shipments.
• Shrink wrap, strap, label and prepare pallets for pickup.
• Identify and communicate proactively when orders may be at-risk of not being shipped out on time.
• Deliver urgent shipments that missed carrier pickup deadlines to local shipping hubs as needed.

Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry skills required to install and repair equipment. Other responsibilities include maintaining and improving the facility to meet the company's business commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the required functions for maintaining, replacing, and repairing equipment.
• Perform the required functions for the maintenance and renovations of the facilities.

• Coordinate specialized outside maintenance services as may be required to maintain or assist in the maintenance activities.
• Advise management concerning the technical aspects of the assigned projects.
• Provide management with time and cost estimates as they relate to the scope of the project.
• Purchase directly or in conjunction with purchasing department replacement parts, spare parts and miscellaneous parts that may be required to maintain the equipment and facilities.
• Inspect the facility regularly for maintenance needs and for safety hazards.

Main Functions

Basic packaging techniques (bundling, wrapping, heat-sealing, counting, inspecting, assembly, cleaning, etc.). Understanding of all shop floor-related and Packaging terms and phrases. Performs assembly work of a highly repetitive nature.

Sets up and operates production equipment to manufacture, process, and assemble various commercial components and products. Uses product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOP) to produce products. Monitors output for quality and conformance to required metrics. Prepares and maintains required records of production activities and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues.
