Main Functions

- Ensures all assemblies are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and nonconformance issues by following cleanroom requirements.

- Inspects processed composites for any contamination and/or non-conformances.

- Prepares rejection tags, documents findings, and reports all non-conformances to Production Supervisor.

- Packages and labels all acceptable finished products.

- Both individually and within a team setting, participates in continuous improvement (CI) efforts for efficiency, quality, and safety, to include offering suggestions, ideas, and support wherever possible

Main Functions

Account Manager develops, maintains and expands relationships with multiple accounts and is accountable for achieving assigned strategic objectives. Main Functions

Works in conjunction with the CFO to assist in integration of acquisitions. This position will work with various company subsidiaries in multiple locations to implement accounting policies, controls, and procedures post acquisition. In addition, this position directly assists the CFO with various financial reporting activities including month end close, financial statement prepartion, analytics and content for Board of Directors meeting, coordination with auditors on opening inventory, ERP implementations, cost accounting projects, and other projects related to bringing new acquisitions under the coroporate umbrella. Significant participation in annual budget process across the locations and other analysis as needed. Activities will vary based upon the acquisition.

Typical Duties
1. Implement the company's accounting policies and procedures including documentation

2. Assist in preparation of site and product line financial statements

4. Preparation of significant portions of company's monthly financial reports including budget variance and cost analysis

5. Assist with setting inventory standards and costing methodologies

6. Assist in preparation of month end financial statements

7. Maintain monthly General Ledger support schedules, account reconciliations, and accounting/cost activity analysis worksheets.

8. Prepare and input monthly Journal Entries to the General Ledger

9. Directly assist CFO with other financial activities as needed

Required Skills

Job Description:

Growing manufacturing company/machine shop has an immediate position for a lead maintenance technician. This position is primarily responsible for day to day preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration activities on a variety of CNC machinery and equipment. Additional responsibilities include facilities maintenance and continuous improvement activities throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems commonly found on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment.

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the facility. Improve the working environment of your coworkers by adding or changing facility services or equipment.

· Assist in the delivery, placement, and installation of new capital equipment in the facility. Coordinate OEM technicians and third-party contractors as needed.

· Ensure that all equipment is in a safe condition to operate. Verify that all equipment that is down for repair or in an unsafe condition is locked-out and tagged-out.

· Use factory documentation, third party resources, and technical experience to troubleshoot and replace faulty components or parts, and source replacements.

· Perform day-to-day preventative maintenance activities on a wide variety of equipment ranging from HVAC units to complex standalone machinery.

· Track, perform, document and complete maintenance tickets within our database system.

· Ensure that CNC equipment is calibrated in accordance with internal standards. Perform annual calibration tasks on multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, & surface grinders.

· Respond quickly to machine failures or conditions that are resulting in a loss of productivity.

Qualifications:

· Self-starter/ capable of operating efficiently without direct supervision

· Positive and dependable

· 2+ years in machinery/ facilities maintenance.

· Experience working with a variety of CNC equipment from manufactures such as: FANUC, Chevalier, KIA, Hurco, and others.

· Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems, circuit breakers, PLCs, relays, and other common industrial electrical components.

· Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, flow controls, pumps, valves

· Must be able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and other materials.

· Familiar with common shop hand tools, measurement tools (dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, etc.) and power tools. Can use tools safely and effectively.

· Welding experience (MIG/ TIG) is a plus, but not required.

· Forklift/ manlift experience a plus, but not required.

Working Conditions:

· Day shift (8:30AM - 5PM) Monday through Friday. Some overtime/ weekends may be required.

· Capable of working in tight or confined workspaces.

· Must be able to lift 50lbs.

· Comfortable working at elevated heights (24' max) is a plus, but not required.

Main Functions

-Reviews material availability, routings, alternative manufacturing routings, current capacity, and schedules job orders for production.

-Works with Master Scheduler to and production to expedite job orders as required.

-Updates Job order dates on travelers and within M2M (Made 2 Manage) as required

-Expediting liaison between Production and Customer Service when required

Typical Duties
-Manages finished goods safety stock levels for strategic high visibility customers

-Reviews Job Order queue to open and/or release jobs orders in a timely manner

-Inputs and downloads data from customer distribution center automated systems for review and analysis.

-Sets production quantity builds, considers available capacity, and works with the Master Scheduler for best completion dates when releasing job orders.

-Coordinates special material requirements with Purchasing Dept.

-Leads special projects as assigned.
