Main Functions
Operational responsibility for establishing product family lead times, communicating these organizationally, monitoring the execution thereof and revising when necessary. Oversee production orders through the entire value chain from order receipt to shipment, including repeat, new product and rapid response orders, holding the organization accountable for the execution to established milestones. Daily review of, to quickly find problematic and possible future delinquencies.
This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.
Typical Duties
-Review of product lead times and ensure they are accurate
-Review of backlog to ensure forecast is being consumed by demand at usual lead time
-Lead cross-functional departments
-Identify and mitigate potential delivery risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
-Track, monitor, and control rapid response orders
-Review orders on the horizon and ensure Engineering is completing necessary planning, programming, tooling, to give manufacturing the proper lead time to build the hardware
-Customer milestone management, after order placement.
-Support continuous improvement through optimizing processes or procedural steps
-Proven ability to manage changing priorities and aggressive timelines

Education Requirements
Bachelors degree or five (5) years manufacturing work experience
